POSTAGE & PACKING
Postage & Packing is charged at: £5.95 per package under the order value of £100
, Free postage & packing on all orders to Mainland UK over the value of £100.00.
The free postage also applies to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands where the order is  UNDER 2KG. Where an order is OVER £50 and delivery is to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or Channel Islands please call us on 01257 472700 to confirm shipping costs. Please ensure that you select the correct option for delivery at the checkout. Please ensure that someone is there to sign for the goods as all orders require a signature for delivery, or select an alternative delivery address. We despatch goods via Royal Mail so if there is no one to sign for the delivery it will have to be collected from your local sorting office.

Please email us for a delivery price, if you would like to have your order delivered to any other world-wide location.

DELIVERY TIME

If the items you have ordered are in stock we will aim to despatch your order the same day if it place before 2pm, which you will receive within 48 hours. However please allow up to 7 working days for delivery before enquiring about your order. If you have a query on an outstanding order please e-mail us with your full name & address and details of what you ordered. If items are out of stock we will email you back with an approx. delivery date and if you decide to cancel confirmation of your cancellation & refund.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

If you wish to return any item to us we MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY please telephone or email us with your name, receipt number, item to be returned and reason for return. We will then issue you with a returns number that must be clearly marked on your return. Once we receive the item back we will refund your credit or debit card if we are happy the goods have not been worn, washed or damaged by you. To return an item please take it to your local Post Office (Return postage is paid by the customer if you received the goods postage free) as we recommend you return the goods recorded delivery as we cannot not be held responsible if your return does not reach us. We cannot accept any item back for a refund if the delivery date exceeds 30 days from purchase, however we can exchange goods that have a manufacturers fault within 3 months. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk
